波纹管转向柱成型方法仿真分析研究

摘要 波纹管转向柱能最大程度的吸收碰撞时产生的冲击能量,减少作用到驾驶员身上的冲击,进而提高汽车被动安全性。但是其结构复杂,不易加工,而且制造成本较高。合理的成型工艺选取对提高波纹管转向柱的成型品质和批量生产有重要意义。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,采用流固耦合方法,针对某款波纹型转向柱的成型过程,分别采用爆炸成型和液压成型两种制造工艺进行仿真。仿真结果对比表明:液压成型法较爆炸成型方法具有稳定性好、成型结构均匀等优点。 Energy-absorbing steering column can absorb the maximum col ision energy, so that the impact on the driver is reduced and the passive safety of vehicle is improved. However, due to its complex structure and difficult process, its manufacturing cost is higher. It is important to improve the quality of the corrugated steering column and the mass production by selecting the molding process. Based on ANSYS / LS-DYNA, the explosive forming process and hydraulic forming process of the corrugated steering col-umn are simulated with the fluid-solid coupling method. The results show that the stability and the structure uniformity of the corruga-ted steering column with the hydraulic forming process is better than with the explosive forming process.
