摘要
设计了拖拉机变速箱体钻螺纹底孔工序夹具,利用UG三维造型软件对夹具进行三维实体建模,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件对拖拉机变速箱体钻螺纹底孔夹具进行了静态分析,得到了其变形和应力数据,通过模态分析,得到该结构的固有频率及其振型。分析结果表明,工件的变形在精度范围之内,应力未超过材料的允用应力,夹具工作过程中不会产生共振现象,该夹具可用于工程实际。
In the paper,the dril tap fixture for the tractor gearbox casing is designed and then, the model is established by software of UG and the finite element analysis is used to achieve the stress and deformation data of the dril tap fixture. In the end, the inher-ent frequency and vibration type data is calculated. Thus the credibility and safety of the dril tap fixture is assured. The result of anal-ysis shows the dril tap fixture is safe and reliable, can be applied to the actual production.
