摘要
自动测试是目前电路板测试发展的主要趋势,而防差错设计是自动测试系统设计时需要考虑的问题之一,尤其在被测单元种类很多的情况下,防差错设计直接影响到系统的可靠性、安全性和工作效率,更应该引起重视。根据实际工程经验着重阐述了电路板自动测试中所采取的防差错措施,描述了实际工程中适配器、电路板、电缆和软件防差错的实现方法。
ATS ( Automatic Test System) is a developing trend in the circuit board test. Error and mistake proofing is taken into con-sideration in the design of ATS. It directly affects its reliability, safety and efficiency, especial y, when many kinds of circuit boards exist in the system. Some kinds of typical measures are introduced in this paper. The specific design methods of adapter, circuit board and cable are described in detail.
