摘要
针对既有公共建筑节能改造方案优选的问题,文章采用层次分析法将其层次化、系统化、定量化,构建了完整的功能指标评价体系,确定了各功能指标权重,并进行了一致性检验。结果表明,构建的各节能改造方案功能性指标评价体系的判断矩阵具有满意一致性,可应用到实际工程中解决不同节能改造方案优选问题。
Aiming at the optimizing problem of existing public building energy saving reconstruction schemes, this paper uses AHP to make the selection hierarchical, systematic, quantitative. Complete function indicator evaluation systems are constructed; the weight of each function index is determined; the consistency checks are also made. The results show that the judgment matrices of different energy-saving reconstruction scheme functional index evaluation systems, which are determined in this paper, have satisfactory consistency, and they can be applied to practical engineering to select the optimal energy-saving reconstruction plans.
