推动绿色建筑发展的经济学思考

Economic Thinking to Promote the Development of Green Building

发展绿色建筑是我国建筑业的重点方向和目标,然而经过多年的努力,绿色建筑的发展仍然存在很多问题和挑战。文章从经济学角度对绿色建筑的发展进行了分析,提出了绿色建筑具有经济外部性的观点,并由此出发,提出从行政手段干预、新技术的运用和经济激励机制的建立等几个方面解决绿色建筑经济外部性的方法和途径,对目前绿色建筑的发展具有一定现实意义。

Developing green building is the key direction and goal for Chinese construction industry. However, the development of green building still has many problems and challenges after many years efforts. This paper analyzes the development of green building from a viewpoint of economics, and puts forward the viewpoint that green building has economic externalities. Therefore, this paper puts forward several aspects to solve green building economic externalities such as administrative interference, new technology application and the establishment of the economic incentive mechanism
