超滤与反渗透技术在造纸工业的应用进展

Application of Ultrafiltration and Osmosis Technology in Paper-making

膜分离技术现今已经成熟地应用在食品、高分子材料、化工、环境、皮革、制药等各个行业,在造纸中的应用也越来越多。文章介绍了膜分离技术中超滤和反渗透技术在造纸过程的白水回收、黑液分离、脱墨浆废水及外排水回收几个方面的应用,给出一些国内外造纸厂膜技术处理造纸废水的实例,对膜技术在造纸行业的应用前景作出展望。

Nowadays membrane separation technology is maturely applied in all kinds of industries , such as food service industry, High Polymer Material,chemistry industry, environment, leather and Pharmacy. Besides, the technology is widely used in the paper-making industry. The paper introduces the application about ultrafiltration technology and reverse osmosis technology of membrane separation technology in white water recycling, black liquor separation, deinking pulp wastewater and external drainage recycling during making paper. Presented for several cases about how paper mills abroad deal with papermaking wastewater through membrane separation technology, we makes the forecast for the application of membrane separation technology in paper-making industry.
