摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者及正常吸烟者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)中白介素9(IL-9)水平的变化。方法选取2006年9—12月北京大学第一医院诊治的COPD稳定期患者20例,COPD急性加重期患者9例,健康非吸烟人群14例,健康吸烟者10例。收集EBC前使用Jaeger肺功能仪测定吸入支气管扩张剂后第1秒用力呼气末容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)和第1秒用力呼气末容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC),采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测各组EBC中IL-9水平。应用SPSS统计学软件进行数据分析。结果 4组FEV1%、FEV1/FVC比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中健康吸烟组、COPD稳定期组、COPD急性加重期组FEV1%较健康非吸烟组降低,COPD稳定期组、COPD急性加重期组较健康吸烟组降低,COPD急性加重期组较COPD稳定期组降低(P<0.05);COPD稳定期组、COPD急性加重期组FEV1/FVC较健康非吸烟组和健康吸烟组降低,COPD急性加重期组较COPD稳定期组降低(P<0.05)。4组EBC中IL-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COPD稳定期及急性加重期患者EBC中IL-9水平与年龄、累计吸烟量、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC均无直线相关关系(P>0.05)。结论未能发现不同组间EBC中IL-9水平的差异及与吸烟及COPD患者气道炎性反应间的关系。EBC中IL-9水平在COPD气道炎症中的作用有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the concentration of IL-9 in exhaled breath condensate( EBC) in COPD patients and smokers without COPD. Methods 20 stable COPD patients,9 acute COPD patients,14 healthy non- smokers and 10 healthy smokers treated in Peking University First Hospital from September to December in 2006 were selected. FEV1% and FEV1/FVC were detected by using Jaeger respiratory function instrument before collecting EBC. ELISA method was used to detect the concentration of IL- 9 of the EBC in each group. SPSS software was used to perform statistical analysis. Results The FEV1%and FEV1/FVC among the four groups showed statistically significant differences( P〈 0. 05). As for the FEV1%,the healthy smokers,stable COPD patients,acute COPD patients were lower than the healthy non- smokers,and the stable COPD patients and acute COPD patients were lower than the healthy smokers,and the acute COPD patients were lower than the stable COPD patients( P〈 0. 05). As for the FEV1/FVC,the stable COPD patients and acute COPD patients were lower than the healthy non- smokers and healthy smokers,and the acute COPD patients were lower than the stable COPD patients( P〈 0. 05). The IL- 9levels of the four groups showed no statistically significant difference( P〉 0. 05). The IL- 9 level of stable COPD patients and acute COPD patients showed no linear correlation with age,cumulative cigarette consumption,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion In this study,the significant difference in IL- 9 concentration in EBC between stable COPD patients,acute COPD patients,healthy smokers and healthy non- smokers don't found. The role of IL- 9 concentration in EBC in COPD need further investigation.
