摘要
本工艺是通过系列试验,考察了在低电流密度下,采用不同的阴极材料,调整电解液中铟离子和氯化钠浓度以及粗铟阳极中铅锡含量的变化对精铟质量的影响。通过试验数据分析,确定各种技术条件和各类杂质对精铟质量的影响,提出提高精铟直产率的措施,确定了铟电解精炼最佳技术操作条件,确保一次电解生产4N5合格精铟,从而实现降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
At low current density , a series of experiment of adopting different cathode materials , adjusting the indium ion in the electrolyte and sodium chloride concentration and the change of crude indium tin lead content in anode was carried out to impact the influence on puality of the refined indium . By analying the experimental data ,various technical conditions and all kinds of imputies w hich impact the quality of the re‐fined indium were determined , measures of improving direct production rate were put forward ,the best opera‐tion condition for one step pure indium electrolysis process has been determined to produce acceptable pure indium of 4N5 . By this process ,reducing cost and improving work efficiency can be achived in prodution .
