摘要
通过对国内外电解多功能机组发展趋势的概述,重点介绍了国内多功能机组伴随着电解铝产业的发展和进步,逐步提升的历程及今后的发展方向;回顾了沈冶公司自20世纪80年代开始至今,为更好适应和满足用户需要,对铝电解多功能机组结构、控制技术逐步提升、改进和完善,使之更适应强磁场、多粉尘、高温熔盐、大电流等复杂环境,实现节能、环保的目的。文章指出:铝电解多功能机组的变化过程,设计与电解工艺是分不开的,也与实际操作需求紧密相连,未来电解多功能机组的发展一定离不开上述两个原则。
This paper summarizes the development of PTM focusing on the history and future of PTM do‐mestic increased along with the development and progress of aluminum industry . of 80's of the last century to today 21 century in order to meet the need of our users , PTM has been gradually improved and perfected for its structure , control system , w hich can be operated under the complex environment of strong magnetic field , more dust , high temperature molten salt , and high current , realizing the goal of enaergy conservation and environmental protection . Pointing out:the change process of PTM has a relation with design , electrolytic process , and practical operation . Future development of PTM certainly cannot do without the two principles .
