有色金属矿山供水节能设计的几点体会

摘要 通过科学统计用水量,选择承压高、摩阻小的塑料管及钢塑复合管,减少泵站级数,选择运行合理的水泵台数,采用优质附配件,用高位水池代替微机变频调速水泵运行的多种方法实现有色金属矿山供水节能。 A variety of methods were chosen to achieve water supply and energy saving in non -ferrous met‐al mine , such as scientifically counting water consumption ,selecting plastic pipe and steel -plastic compos‐ites pipe with high pressure -bearing and low friction , reducing the stage number of pump station , choo‐sing water pump numbers for reasonably running , using high quality accessories and using upland pool in‐stead of operatining pump by microcomputer frequency control .
