摘要
通过对某中厚板厂现有品种的生产工艺和产品对氮含量的要求进行分析,确定了该厂大部分品种具备全程底吹氮气工艺可行性。对各影响钢水氮含量因素进行试验后发现,转炉后期底吹气体采用氮气替代氩气并不会造成钢水明显增氮,且对于大多数中厚板品种均可以采用转炉全程底吹氮气工艺。经过批量试验后,采用全程底吹氮气工艺与原工艺相比,钢水成品中氮含量仅增加0.00022%,连铸坯表面质量和钢板性能未产生不良影响,并可以使吨钢气体成本降低1.0-1.5元。
After the analysis of the varieties steel process and production requirements in Medium Plate Plant, we determined most varieties steel had bottom blowing nitrogen process feasibility in the plant. After experiments on the influence factors of nitrogen content, we could figure out converter bottom blowing nitrogen instead of argon in later phase would not cause obvious nitrogen content increase. This whole process blowing nitrogen could apply in most varieties steel. After lots of experiments, to compare with original process the nitrogen content of the steel was increased by 0. 000 22%. There was no impact on molten steel, billet and steel plate quality, and the cost would be reduced the by 1.0 - 1.5 yuan/ton gas.
