摘要
知识经济及互联网的发展对高校图书馆的传统服务模式提出了极大的挑战,高校图书馆急需建立一个以读者需求为导向,多层次、多元信息有效整合的服务平台。从咸阳高校读者阅读需求的调研出发,通过对读者阅读现状分析,探讨了由阅读需求引发的图书馆读者服务问题,结合实践提出了改进措施。
The traditional service method of higher education libraries is facing a crucial challenge in this era of information economy and Internet. Libraries in university need to build a multi-leveled and pluralistic-informationed service platform oriented to readers' need. This article, based on some investigations and analysis related to readers' need in some universities in Xianyang, makes a deep probe into the problems in library service and gives some practical solutions.
