摘要
目的建立测定羧甲基纤维素钠原料中微量铁的火焰原子吸收分光光度法。方法检测波长为248.3 nm,灯电流为15 m A,狭缝宽度为0.2 nm。结果铁质量浓度在0.0-2.5μg/m L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 8,平均加样回收率为92.60%,RSD=2.23%(n=9)。结论该方法准确、稳定,可用于羧甲基纤维素钠原料中微量铁的含量测定。
Objective To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry( FAAS) method for the determination of ferrum content in carboxymethylcellulose sodium. Methods The determination was conducted at the detection wavelength of 248. 3 nm,the lamp current of 15 mA and the slit width of 0. 2 nm. Results Ferrum showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0- 2. 5 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 8),the average recovery rate was 92. 60%, RSD = 2. 23%( n = 9). Conclusion This method is accurate,stable,and can be used for the determination of trace ferrum content in Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium.
