摘要
大学生情商培养至关重要,高校应加强情商教育研究,实现情商教育的系统化;整合校内资源,实现情商教育的普及化。通过课程设置、教育活动开展、心理学专家引导、社团活动锻炼、新媒体平台开发等丰富多彩的形式,切实提升大学生的情商。
The EQ cultivation of university students is very crucial. Universities should attach great importance to, strengthen the research and realize the systematization of EQ education; Universities should also integrate the campus resources to achieve the popularity of EQ education. The specific steps are curriculum setting, education activities, psychology expert guidance, commu- nity activities exercise, new media platforms development and other kinds of colorful forms, which aim to enhance students EQ effectively.
