摘要 针对水利设施5个特征指标,通过组合赋权法和改进TOPSIS法对贵州的农业水利基础设施进行了评价,建立了综合评价模型。本文的特色与创新一是利用变异系数法和熵权法对评价指标进行组合赋权,能够尽可能的综合主观设定的评价指标体系,使评价结果更具有说服力。二是把TOPSIS法中的距离改成马氏距离,计算更加简单。从而更好地为贵州乃至相同类型的农业水利基础设施评价提供参考。 According to the five characteristic indexes of agricultural water conservancy infrastructure,the water conservancy infrastructure in Guizhou is evaluated by the combination of weighting and improved TOPSIS method,and the comprehensive evaluation model is established.The characteristics and innovation of this paper is as following:combined weighting is got by the variation coefficient method and the entropy weight method and can colligate subjective evaluation indexes system at far as possible,so the evaluation result is more persuasive;improving the distance of the TOPSIS method to the Mahalanobis distance,so the calculation is simpler.This paper provides better reference for evaluation of agricultural water conservancy infrastructure in Guizhou and even other similar places.
