近三年C校本科毕业生就业状况分析

An Analysis of Employment of Graduates of C University in Recent Three Years

通过近三年C校与Y省高校本科毕业生人数、就业率、就业去向、未就业情况等方面进行横向和纵向比较,可以看出近三年C校本科毕业生年终就业率均高于98%,整体就业状况良好;就业去向主要是国家事业单位、国有企业、非国有企业、国家基层项目;根据2011—2013年C校与Y省高校本科毕业生未就业毕业生情况可知,与Y省相比,C校未就业毕业生类型单一,也从另一侧面说明其选择机会相对于Y省而言较少。提出C校本科毕业生就业存在的三方面问题:初次就业率相对较低,毕业生规模较小,学生的就业质量不高,就业满意度低、就业意向实现率不高,并对此提出改进的建议。

A comparison has been made in number of graduates, employment rate, employers of grad-uates and unemployment between C University and the other universities of Y Province and the comparison shows that figures of C University of the above factors are all over 98%, meaning that its employment is satisfactory. Employers of its graduates include state institutions, state-owned enterprises, non-state-owned enterprises and state basic projects. A comparison of employment information of graduates of C Uni-versity and the other universities of Y Province between 2011 -2013, however, show that the employed graduates of C University are some somehow of the same kind, meaning they have less choices than their counterparts of the other universities of Y Province. The authors point out that there are some problems concerning employment of graduates of C University, namely low initial employment rate, small number of graduates, low quality of employment, low employment satisfaction and low employment intention realiza-tion. Finally the author suggest their solutions.
