摘要
急诊护理工作因性质特殊,患者入院时间短,病情进展快,医护职业风险因素更多。该文分析急诊护理存在的风险因素,提出有效的防范对策和管理措施,如加强护理风险教育,建立健全护理管理体系等。实践证明有效的护理风险防范对于提高急诊护理质量,减少医患矛盾非常有效。
Because of its special properties in emergency nursing, patients＇in-hospital time is short, rapid in case development, more risk factors in medical profession, this paper analyzed the risk factors in emergency nursing, and puts forward effective prevention measures and management measures like strengthening nursing risks education and perfecting nursing management system. It is proved that effective nursing risk prevention is effective to improve the aualitv of emergency nursing, and reduce the doctor-patient contradiction.
