蓝芩口服液辅治小儿手足口病疗效观察

Curative Efficacy Observation of Lanqin Oral Liquid in Treating Children's Hand Foot and Mouth Disease(HFMD)

目的:观察蓝芩口服液辅治小儿手足口病普通病例的临床疗效。方法:116例小儿手足口病患儿随机分为观察组(58例)和对照组(58例),两组均给予西医常规治疗,观察组加用蓝芩口服液。观察两组发热、皮疹消退及平均住院时间。结果:观察组患儿热退时间、皮疹消退时间以及平均住院时间都缩短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且无1例出现任何不良反应。结论:蓝芩口服夜辅治小儿手足口病普通病例疗效确切,且安全性可靠。

To observe the curative effect of Lanqin oral liquid in treating children＇s HFMD. Methods： 116 cases of HFMD were admitted in infection department of Chizhou No.2 People＇s Hospital from April 2011 to Oc- tober 2013, randomly divided into 58 for test group and control group respectively. The two groups were given regular western medicine, Lanqin oral liquid was administered additionally for test group. Fever, rash disappearance and av- erage hospitalization time were observed. Results： Having taken Lanqin oral liquid, duration of fever, rash subsidized time and average hospitalized period of test group are shorter with statistical differences （P〈0.01）without complica- tions. Conclusion： Lanqin oral liquid proves effective and reliable in treating HFMD.
