解剖锁定钢板治疗复杂Pilon骨折疗效分析

摘要 观察解剖锁定钢板治疗复杂Pilon骨折临床效果。方法:对84例复杂Pilon骨折采用解剖锁定钢板治疗,观察骨折愈合情况、并发症、踝关节功能评分。结果:患者均获12~24个月随访,平均18个月,所有患者骨折均愈合,未出现骨折延迟愈合及骨不连。Mazur评价标准:优60例、良28例、可6例。结论:采用解剖锁定钢板治疗复杂Pilon骨折临床效果满意,是切开复位内固定复杂Pilon骨折的理想选择。 To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of anatomic locking plate in the treatment of com- plex Pilon fracture.Methods: 84 patients suffered from complex Pilon fractures were treated by anatomic locking plate. The clinical data such as fracture union, complication and Mazur score were retrospectively studied. Results: All the patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months, averaged 18 months. All cases obtained synostosis and no de- layed union and none-union occurred. According to Mazur scoring, of the 84 cases, there were 60 cases belonging to excellent, 20 the good,and 6 the fair. Conclusion: The effect of anatomic locking plate in the treatment of complex Pilon fractures is satisfied, and it is an ideal choice for open reduction and fixation for complex Pilon fracture.
