优质护理服务在剖宫产围手术期的作用

The role of high quality nursing service during caesarean operation

目的:探讨优质护理服务在剖宫产围手术期的应用。方法:选取某医院妇科接受剖腹产手术的100例患者随机分成两组,每组50例。对照组按照常规护理方法护理,观察组采用最新优质护理方法护理。结果:观察组对护理的满意度为95%,对照组对护理的满意度为78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实行优质护理服务,可增加患者对护理工作的满意程度,并且也可以使意外情况的出现率降低,对手术的安全以及效果也具有非常好的临床意义。

To explore the high quality nursing service in a specific application during caesarean operation. Methods： 100 patients in the gynecology department in hospital caesarean operation treated patients in the postoperative quality of nursing work. And the 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups to observe. Each group was 50 patients, patients in the control group with routine nursing care can be. The observation group patients are using the latest methods of nursing, nursing quality nursing care. Results： Observation group patients reached 95% for the satisfaction degree of nursing. A control group of patients satisfaction degree to nursing service reached 78%, and all had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Implementation of high quality nursing service can increase the patient satisfaction with nursing, and also can make the unexpected incident rate decreased, the operation safe and effective, also has very good clinical significance.
