浅谈人文关怀护理在手术护理中的应用

The application of humanistic nursing in surgery

目的:探讨人文关怀护理在手术护理中的应用效果。方法:选取100例择手术期患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采取常规的手术护理,护理重心放在手术过程的配合;实验组除了常规护理外,强调人文关怀护理。比较分析两组患者术前、术后的临床效果。结果:术后实验组患者的焦虑情况、舒适度、护理质量满意度、并发症发生率与对照组的相应项比较,均有显著性差异,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化的人文关怀护理能有效降低患者的焦虑程度和并发症发生率,提高患者的舒适度和对医护质量的满意度。

To study the application of humanistic nursing care in surgeryMethods： 100 cases of surgi- cal patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The routine surgical nursing was taken in the control group, the nursing focused in collaboration with the procedure. In addition to the routine nursing, the humanistic nursing care was emphasized in the experimental group. Comparative analysis was made between two groups with preoperative, postoperative clinical effects.Results： Compared with the patient＇ anxiety, comfort, satisfaction of nursing, complication rate of the control group, the corresponding item of the experimental group was significant different, and the difference was statistically （P〈O.OS）.Conclusion： The anxiety of patients and incidence of complications can be effectively reduced, and the comfort and satisfaction of nursing can be improved in humanistic nursing.
