摘要
通过对西北农林科技大学2011级金融学专业54名转专业同学的调查,发现多数学生在入学时即具有转专业的想法,转专业是学生的理性选择,个人兴趣和就业前景是学生转专业的主要动因;转专业的效果方面,学生整体对转专业持肯定态度,转专业后学习态度明显转变,学习成绩也较非转专业学生更为优异,但转专业后学生在学习、生活方面面临诸多问题。
This research based on the investigation of the major-changed undergraduates who enrolled in 2011 and majored in finance in Northwest A&F University, found that most of the major-changed undergraduates had the ideas when they entered the university; changing major is students" rational choice; interests and employment prospects are main reasons for students to change major. When it into the affects of major-changing, most of student held a positive attitude to it, after major-changed students" attitude of studying changed obviously and their academic performance is more excellent than those who major in finance initially. The major- changed undergraduates also face many problems in their study and life.
