摘要
本文从绵成乐城际铁路沿线区域城乡统筹、产城融合的实际出发,研究城际铁路沿线城镇目标规划问题,目的是为新型城镇规划工作提供一个新的思路.本文结合数学模型,从城镇化人口、经济、社会与资源相协调发展的方面,提出了"点--轴线渐进式"扩展的新型城镇化发展模式.文章的结论是:通过目标规划,以绵成乐城际铁路沿线的21个车站为依托,构建多个点轴线分布的新型城镇化社区,带动农村居民就近转移.
In perspective of the present reality of urban -rural development and manufacture -city fusion a- long Mianyang - Chengdu - Leshan (MCL) intercity railway, this paper focuses on the goal programming prob- lem for towns along the intercity railway, aiming at providing a new way for the new town planning. Utilizing mathematical model, and in terms of coordinated development of population, economy, society and resource in ur- banization, this paper proposes a new urbanization development model called " point - axis progressive" expan- sion. The paper concludes that, through goal programming, relying on the 21 stations along MCL intercity rail- way, multiple point- axis distributed new urbanization community should be constructed to promote the transfer- ence of nearby rural residents.
