摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱仪测定绞股蓝样品中中槲皮素的含量.方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇:0.3%醋酸=6:4,流速:1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为365 nm,柱温为35℃.结果:样品中待测组分与其他组分分离良好(R>1.5),槲皮素的线性范围0.06μg^0.3μg,r=0.9999,样品平均加标回收率99.4%(RSD=1.2%).结论:该方法简便、易控,准确可靠,可供绞股蓝有效成分分析及质量控制参考.
Purpose: To determine the content of Quercetin in Gynostemma by HPLC. Method: The column i Kromasil C 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm), the mobile phase consists of a mixture of methanol: 0.3 % Acetic acid = 6:4, the flow rate is 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength is set up at 365 nm, and the column temperature is 35 ℃. Result: the component to be determined and other components are of good separation ( R 〉 1.5 ). The line- arity range of Quercetin is 0.06 μg - 0.μg, r = 0.9999, the ( RSD = 1.2% ). Conclusion : This kind of method is simple, adding standard recovery of the sample is: 99.4% reliable and easy to control. This method can be used for reference in the analysis of Gynostemmag effective component and quality control.
