摘要
将逆向物流网络的构建按废旧品回收量的多少分为成长期、成熟期和衰退期三个规划期,允许逆向物流中心在各规划期的动态选址和设施规模在各规划期的动态选择;考虑到每个规划期的时间跨度都较长,单位运费、存储费用等参数在单个规划期内会随时间变化而发生动态变化的特点,又将各规划期划分为若干个不同的运营周期,建立了再制造逆向物流网络的多周期动态优化模型.通过算例,运用软件lingo11.0对模型求解,确定了物流网络中各待建设施在各规划期的数量、位置和规模,确定了各运营周期废旧产品在物流网络节点的存储量以及各节点间的物流量,验证了模型的有效性.算例结果对逆向物流管理决策具有一定的参考价值.
According to the volume of waste product recycled, the reverse logistics network construction can be divided into three planning periods, including growth, maturation and decline. It was allowed in each period that the dynamic location of reverse logistics center and the dynamic selection of facilities scale. The span of each planning period is a bit longer. The parameters, such as unit freight, storage charges, may change over time in each planning period. Because of these characteristics, each planning period was divided into a number of differ- ent operating cycle. And the multi - period dynamic optimization model of remanufacturing reverse logistics net- work was constructed. Through an example and the software lingol 1. O, it can be determined that the number, lo- cation and scale of all the facilities which are to be built in the logistics network during different planning periods. What also can be determined is that the storage quantity of the waste product during each operation cycle in the lo- gistics network nodes and the through put among the nodes. By this way, effectiveness of the model was illustra- ted. Results of the example had reference value for the reverse logistics management decisions.
