摘要 永久基本农田划定是我国实施节约集约利用土地的新举措.该文以绵阳市涪城区永久基本农田划定为例,以新一轮土地利用总体规划修编和第二次全国土地利用调查成果为背景,以基本农田划定为切入点,探讨基于GIS的"数据-质量-布局"三位一体的永久基本农田划定方法,实现县域基本农田数量供需平衡、质量等级量化、布局定位准确,达到数字国土管理"一张图"工程的"以图管地"的要求. This system is to design a toy - car remotely controlled with voice, which mainly consists of 51 sin- gle -chip microcomputer, blue -tooth wireless module, motor drive module, voice recognition module, and dis- play module. Its making process is simple and the cost is not high, speech recognition is relatively stable, and wireless communication anti - jamming ability. In recognition to the human voice messages, the toy - car will con- vert the voice signal into the electrical one, and through a series of data processing into a simple data, and then transmit to the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip computer will, via blue -tooth wireless transmis- sion module, transmit data to the machine, in accordance with the instructions received the machine will react au- tomatically.
