摘要
以航空铝合金Al7075-T651材料为加工对象,对螺纹铣削力进行研究。首先在三维CAD软件Pro/E中建立了某ISO标准牙型可转位螺纹铣刀的三维模型;并利用金属切削有限元软件AdvantEdge模拟其铣削加工过程,对铣削力的变化进行预测;然后利用三维测力仪,对样刀在相同切削条件下铣削加工铝合金Al7075-T651的切削力进行实时监测;最后通过对比分析两者铣削力的误差,验证了螺纹铣削数值仿真的准确性,为螺纹铣削进一步研究及刀具优化提供参考依据。
The thread milling force is studied using aviation aluminum alloy material Al7075-T651 as the processing object.Firstly, the three-dimensional model of an indexable thread milling cutter with ISO standard tooth type is established in 3D design software Pro/E.Secondly, the metal cutting finite element software AdvantEdge is used to simulate the thread milling process for predicting the changing relationship of cutting force with time.Then, the cutting force of milling aluminum alloy Al7075-T651 is real-time monitored at the same cutting conditions, by using a three-dimensional dynamometer.Finally, the accuracy of thread milling numerical simulation is verified through comparative analysis of errors between the milling forces and the simulated ones.The analysis results provide a reference for further research of thread milling and optimization of milling cutters.
