城市生态化指标体系的构建与评价

Construction and Evaluation of Urban Ecological Index System

生态城市是城市生态化发展的结果,城市生态化评价指标和评价方法是衡量生态城市规划、建设、管理成效的主要依据。对城市生态化的及时评价既有利于生态城市健康发展,也有利于为生态城市发展提供管理机制和对策。根据苏州市城市生态建设的实际情况,基于自然、经济、社会三大子系统构建城市生态化评价指标体系和标准,采用熵权确立客观权重,对苏州市2009—2011年城市生态化水平进行定量评价和分析。结果表明:苏州产业结构的升级以及节能环保产业、生态园区的建设促使苏州城市生态化水平逐年提高。

An ecological city is the result of ecology-oriented city development.The measures of the planning, design, and management of a city is based on the evaluation indicators and evaluation methods of an ecological city.Timely assessment of ecological city is conducive to the healthy development of an eco city, but also conducive to provide management mechanism and countermeasures for ecological city development.According to the actual situation of Suzhou ecological city construction, this paper analyzes the indexes system of Suzhou city by entropy weight based on the natural, economic, social subsystems to build urban ecological evaluation index system and standard in 2009 ~2011.Results show that Suzhou city ecological level increases year by year, which mainly thanks to Suzhou＇s industrial structure upgrade and ecological park construction energy conservation and environmental protection industries.
