基于箱式多用炉的高风压潜孔钻头热处理工艺试验研究

摘要 高风压潜孔钻头是凿岩工程中的关键部件。通过分析潜孔钻头传统井式热处理设备工艺的弊端,结合箱式多用炉的特点,研究箱式多用炉热处理高风压潜孔钻头的工艺,并经金相分析和对比验证试验,取得了较好的热处理效果。 High pneumatic down-the-hole bit were the key components in drilling engineering.This paper ana-lyzed the disadvantages of the hest-treating facility on conventional pit furnace,combined the features of multi-purpose furnace,and studied the heat treatment processes of high pneumatic down-the-hole bit by the multi-purpose furnace.The good results were got by metallographic analysis and experimental study.
