摘要
针对目前农村集中供水采用变频器驱动时PID调节器只有一个给定值的情况,提出了分时段改变调节器压力给定值的控制方法,从而实现分时段多级恒压供水控制。给出了相应的电气主电路及控制电路原理图,设置了变频器的相关参数。实际运行表明,在满足供水要求的同时,系统渗漏减少,可靠性更高、更节能。
Based on the current rural centralized water supply for frequency converter drive generally PID regu-lator setup a constant value,the paper introduces an control method used to change the regulator value in thesub-period,to realize time division multiple constant pressure water supply control.it includes the main electriccircuits,the principles of control electric circuits,setting of the relevant parameters of the inverter.The practicaloperation shows the equipment meet the requirements of water supply system at the same time,less leakage,highreliability.It is worth popularizing.
