摘要 在介绍了无节奏专业流水施工特点的基础上,总结出多施工层无节奏专业流水工期的计算办法,注意到不同的施工段实施次序对多施工层无节奏专业流水工期的长短有着显著影响,尝试运用矩阵法寻求施工段实施的最优排列次序,实现工期最短目标。算例分析证明,在不需要增加资源投入情况下,仅调整施工段实施次序就可以实现多施工层无节奏专业流水工期优化目标。 By introducing the characteristics of flowing construction with irregular paces,this paper summarizedand put forward a working time formula of multi-storey flowing construction with irregular paces.It was noticedthat different implementation sequence of construction sections had a significant impact to working time of multi-storey flowing construction with irregular paces,and tried to find out the optimal sequence among different con-struction sections implement sequences by matrix method,finally got the shortest total working time.Case studyproved that the working time optimization can be achieved only by adjusting construction sections sequences,butnot increasing resources.
