Inherent safety that brought forward in recent years,which tries to prevent the hazard from very be-ginning.It covers all the range of safety science.It is making a completely change in subjects on safety science,and it is coming to be the front and emphasis of safety science.This paper introduces the concept of the formationof inherent safety origin and some basic principles in order to solve the problems of development of fire protec-tion to provide some ideas.
