基于开放实验室的人才培养模式研究

Research of Training Mode Based on Open Laboratories

实验室是高校实现科研创新的基地,特别是开放实验室对培养人才具有非常重要的作用。以我校嵌入式开放实验室为例,论述了基于开放实验室进行人才培养的实施情况,依托我校在开放实验室中实施的"导师制"+"助理实验员"实践教学改革,提出了"立足实际、因地制宜、因人制宜"的灵活培养模式,为我院嵌入式人才培养模式多样化起到了一定的指导作用。

The laboratory is the base of scientific research and innovation in universities,especially the openlaboratory plays a very important role in cultivating talents.Taken our embedded open laboratory as an example,it discusses implementation of personnel training based on the open laboratory,relying on implementation of the ＂tutor＂ ＋ ＂lab assistant＂ practice teaching reform in our open laboratory,it puts forward a flexible training modeof ＂reality based,suit one＇s measures to local conditions,the person＂,it plays a certain role in guiding for embed-ded training mode diversification in our school.
