摘要
[目的]了解专科护生实习前的心理韧性现状,探讨其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查问卷、青少年心理韧性量表、一般自我效能感量表、社会支持评定量表、焦虑自评量表和简易应对方式问卷对196名实习前专科护生进行调查。[结果]实习前专科护生心理韧性量表总分为(92.35±13.14)分,处于中上水平;一般自我效能感、社会支持和积极应对方式均与心理韧性呈正相关(P<0.01),焦虑状态和消极应对方式与心理韧性呈负相关(P<0.01);分层回归分析结果显示,独生子女情况、是否学生干部、焦虑状态和积极应对方式是心理韧性的预测因素(P<0.01)。[结论]可通过减轻焦虑及提高积极应对能力来加强实习前专科护生的心理韧性。
Objective:To know about the status quo of resilience of college nursing students before practice and to probe into its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 196 prepractical college nursing students were investigated by using general information questionnaire,adolescent mental resilience scale(RSCA),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),social support rating scale(SRSS),self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ).Results:The total score of prepractical college nursing students' resilience scale was(92.35±13.14),at the mid-upper level;general self-efficacy,social support and active coping style were showed a positive correlation with mental toughness(P〈0.01),anxiety state and negative coping styles were negatively correlated with resilience(P〈0.01);hierarchical regression analysis showed that the one-child cases,whether student leaders,anxiety state and positive coping style are the predictors of resilience(P〈0.01).Conclusion:It can be used to strengthen the resilience of prepractical college nursing students by reducing anxiety and enhancing positive coping skills.
