群组管理对出院后居家老年卧床病人日常生活能力及负性情绪的影响

Influence of group management on ability of daily life and their negative emotion of elderly bedridden patients at home after discharge

[目的]探讨群组管理对出院后居家老年卧床病人焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。[方法]将120例出院的老年卧床病人按出院时间的顺序随机分为试验组和对照组各60例,对照组实行常规康复护理干预,试验组进行群组心理康复干预,应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、日常生活能力(ADL)量表对病人进行活动前及活动后3个月、6个月评估。[结果]活动后3个月、6个月两组日常生活能力量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),活动后6个月两组HAMA,HAMD得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);活动前与活动后6个月HAMA,HAMD,ADL比较,试验组得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]群组管理能够提高老年卧床病人的日常生活能力,从而明显改善病人焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective：To probe into the influence of group management on anxiety and depression in elderly bedridden patients at home after discharge.Methods：A total of 120 cases of elderly bedridden patients discharged from hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group based on discharge time sequence,60 cases in each.The patients in control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the patients in experimental group received group psychological rehabilitation intervention.Then the Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）,Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）,activities of daily living（ADL）scale were used for assessment of patients before discharge and in three months and six months after activity.Results：There was statistically significant difference in ADL score between both groups in three months and six months after activity（P〈0.05）.There was statistically significant difference in HAMA score and HAMD score between both groups in six months after activity（P〈0.05）;between before the activity and in six months after activity,the difference was statistically significant in HAMA,HAMD,ADL scores in experimental group（P〈0.05）;and the difference was not statistically significant in control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The group management can improve the activities of daily living of elderly bedridden patients,thereby significantly improving patients＇ anxiety and depression.
