摘要
为了探讨红安格斯牛超排后的鲜胚移植效果,采用CIDR+PG+FSH法对红安格斯牛进行超数排卵处理,同时,对西门塔尔受体牛进行同期发情处理,研究了3枚鲜胚移植到3头西门塔尔受体牛体内的受孕数和产犊数,结果 3头受体牛均受孕和产犊,受孕率和产犊率均为100%。结果表明,鲜胚移植是提高胚胎移植成功率的有效手段之一。
To investigate the effects of fresh embryo transfer after superovulation on Red Angus cattle, Red Angus cattle were treated with CIDR ＋ PG ＋FSH to obtain large number of embryos. Then, 3 fresh embryos were transplanted into the synchronised oestrus Simmental cattle receptors to observe the pregnancy efficacy. The results showd that 3 Simmental cattle receptors were pregnant and calving, Both pregnancy rate and calving rate were 100%. The results indicates that fresh embryo transfer is one of the effective means to improve the success rate of embryo transfer.
