空气湿度对静电放电参数低重复性的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 静电放电发生时,放电间隙的电性质具有非线性和离散性,用静电放电模拟器进行的测试结果,存在着重复性低的问题。统一考虑放电间隙放电参数的非线性和离散性,深入认识间接(空气)放电的本质特性对此类研究显得非常必要。本文通过改变环境湿度获得相应的固定间隙静电放电情况下电流峰值的差异,试图对实验结果进行理论上的分析讨论。
