摘要 某难选黑白钨多金属矿,矿物共伴生关系复杂,其黑钨选矿作业给矿中脉石矿物种类多,部分脉石矿物可浮性较好,且有一定的泥化矿物,对黑钨矿的分选干扰较大.针对该矿的矿石性质,在给矿WO3品位0.69%时,采用"离心机预处理-浮选"组合工艺,最终获得黑钨精矿WO3品位46.12%、回收率85.57%的指标. The complicated coexistence and symbiosis relation exists among the minerals of a wolframitescheelite polymetallic ore.There are abundant species of gangue mineral in wolframite beneficiation feeding.Some gangue minerals of good floatability,together with clay minerals,can seriously interfere with wolframite sorting.In view of the property of the test sample,the integrated process of centrifuge pretreatment-floatation was used.At feed grade of 0.69% WO3,the wolframite concentrate with WO3 grade of 46.12% and the recovery of 85.57% was obtained.
