摘要
利用激光束的高亮度、高方向性、高单色性等特点,让固体激光器所产生的激光依次通过光阑、准直镜组、聚焦透镜来获得光斑半径小、强度高的光束,并用其对金属靶材进行加工,得到了优于机械打孔的微孔.
Based on laser beam’ s high intensity ,high directivity and high monochromaticity ,a powerful laser beam could be used in metallic material processing .Compared with traditional meth‐ods ,laser drilling could produce much smaller holes .
