钙离子通道与胰岛素分泌关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 胰岛β细胞产生和分泌的胰岛素是体内唯一直接降低血糖的激素,各种原因引起的胰岛素分泌不足会使血糖升高而导致糖尿病。胰岛β细胞膜上的电压门控钙(voltageoperated calcium,Cav)通道以及细胞内钙库上的受体通道调节着细胞内钙信号,从而影响胰岛素分泌,与糖尿病的发生、发展及治疗密切相关[1-2]。随着研究的深入,钙离子通道与胰岛素分泌之间的关系逐渐被人们所认识。
