摘要
以万福路-常澄路地区为例,对常州市控制性详细规划进行实施评价。通过对建设效果、政策效应和实施影响因素等的评价,剖析常州现状控制性详细规划编制和实施中存在的问题,并提出常州控制性详细规划编制和管理的相关建议。
By taking Wanfu road-Changcheng Road area as the case, this paper presents evaluation of Changzhou regulatory plan implementation. Through the evaluation of its construction effect, policy effect and influencing factors, it analyses the problem which is in making and implementing of current Changzhou regulatory plan.
