摘要
上海欣生源制药(集团)有限公司根据使用要求,在原3层固体制剂车间的每层中间增加1层将房屋改造成6层研发中心。新增夹层采用钢-压型钢板组合楼盖,钢梁与原混凝土框架柱采用铰接连接,并采用防屈曲支撑来增加房屋的整体刚度及抗震耗能能力。因现行规范中无此结构体系,通过PKPM系列软件对该结构进行了小震作用下的弹性分析及大震作用下的弹塑性分析,结果表明,该改造方案完全可行,各项指标均满足现行规范要求,可供同类工程参考。
According to the requirement of use, a three-storey solid preparation workshop of Shanghai Xinshengyuan Pharmaceutical Co.LTD, is renovated to a six-storey R &D Center by means of adding a layer in the middle of each layer. Composite slabs with profiled steel sheeting are used in the post-built floor. The new steel beams are hinge connected to the original concrete frame columns. The buckling restrained braces are used to increase the stiffness of buildings and seismic ductility. For lack of the structure system in the current specification, an elastic analysis and an elasto-plastic analysis are carried out by using PKPM software in this paper. It is indicated that the revamping schemes are designers. reliable, which may be referenced by researchers and
