南京某岗地基坑坍塌事故原因分析

Analysis of an Excavation Collapse on Hillock in Nanjing

目前,城市用地日益紧张,地下车库建设越来越多,基坑也朝着深、大、复杂化发展,随之而来的就是基坑事故也越来越多,基坑工程与地形地貌、土质情况、周边环境影响很大,针对不同地区、不同地质情况的基坑失稳的经验与教训的总结和研究尤为重要,文章通过南京城北某岗地区域基坑两次坍塌的情况,研究了南京城北某岗地区域基坑坍塌及处理的过程,总结了该类地区基坑容易失稳的各种因素,总结了合理的处理措施,对南京及江苏地区岗地区域的基坑支护设计及评价有一定的指导意义。

At present, with the excavations become more complex due to shortage of city land and construction of underground garage, the failure of excavation are more and more.The excavations are greatly affected by topography, soil lithology and other factors, so the discuss and conclusion of the failure excavation considering different zone and different geological conditions become more important. In this paper, though the research of two failure excavation on hillock in Nanjing including the failure reason and the treating process, the factors may cause the failure of excavation and the reasonable treating methods are concluded, and which may give some advises to the excavation in same geological conditions zone.
