摘要
研究表明,骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗(IR)作为2型糖尿病发生、发展的关键步骤,与肥胖具有密切相关性。二酰甘油作为脂质代谢的中间产物对脂毒性的产生以及IR的发生、发展发挥重要作用。近期关于人类骨骼肌组织中二酰甘油诱导IR的研究出现了相互矛盾的结果,该文将讨论出现这些矛盾结果的可能原因,并且探索二酰甘油对人体新陈代谢的作用。
Skeletal muscle insulin resistance, a crucial step in the development of type 2 diabetes, is closely associated with obesity. Diacylglycerols (DAG) , as an intermediate product of lipid metabolism is involved in the pathogenesis of lipotoxicity and insulin resistance. Conflicting results in the research of DAG inducinginsulin resistance in human skeletal muscle have been seen recently,and here is to discuss the possible hypotheses explaining the contradictory results and further exploring the role of DAG in human metabolism.
