摘要
镁离子的血管活性作用受到广泛重视。目前研究表明,镁离子可以通过内皮依赖性和内皮非依赖性血管舒缩系统调节血管舒缩,镁离子也可通过体液调节系统发挥作用。镁离子在人体内的重要作用包括抗心律失常、调节血管紧张度、调节血管收缩性、调节葡萄糖代谢、维持体内胰岛素稳态。此外,低镁血症与氧化应激、促炎性状态、内皮功能紊乱、血小板聚集、胰岛素抵抗、高血糖症有关。截至目前,各类研究数据显示体内血镁水平与高血压病呈现相反的关系。
The vasoactive effect of magnesium has drawn wide attention. The present studies snow mat magnesium regulates vascular smooth muscle contraction and relaxation by endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasomotor system. Magnesium also plays a role in body fluid regulation system. The important functions of magnesium in the body include antiarrhythmic effect, actions in vascular tone, contractility, glucose metabolism, and insulin homeostasis. In addition ,lower concentrations of magnesium are associated with oxidative stress, proinflammatory state, endothelial dysfunction, platelet aggregation, insulin resistmace, and hyperglycemia. Up to now, various studies indicate that there is an inverse correlation between serum maznesium and hypertension in vivo.
