激素在脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离中的应用

Applications of Glucocorticoids in Treatment of Choroidal Detachment associated with Retinal Detachment

脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离是特殊类型的孔源性视网膜脱离,其具有发病急、治疗困难、预后不佳等特点,手术是目前主要治疗方法。糖皮质激素具有抗炎、降低血管通透性、抑制新生血管与成纤维细胞增生的作用。研究发现,激素有助于提高手术成功率,并改善患者预后的作用。但使用激素具有并发症多、可延误手术治疗时机等问题,使其应用未能普及。该文就糖皮质激素在脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离患者中的应用时机、安全性等方面进行综述。

Choroidal detachment accociated with retinal detachment is a special type of retinal detachment,which has a rapid development and poor prognosis. Surgery is the main treatment currently. The glucocorticoids have the function of anti-inflammatory, reducing vascular permeability, inhibiting angiogenesis and fibroblast cell proliferation. Studies found that using steroid can improve the success rate of surgery and improve patient＇s quality of life. However, it has not yet reached a consensus to use before or after surgery becauseof side effects of the drug and possible delay of the optimal time of surgery, Here is to make a review of the timing and safety of glucocorticoids in patients of choroidal detachment accociatcd with retinal detachment.
