清热类中药是中药药理领域中最早系统研究的一类药物,经过几十年的研究,对其药理作用的认识逐步完善,其具有解热镇痛、抗炎、防治心血管疾病等作用。阿司匹林是非甾体消炎药的代表药,同时是心血管疾病一、二级预防的常规用药,具有解热镇痛、抗炎抗风湿、抗血栓形成等功效。随着对药物作用机制研究的深入,越来越多的文献显示,清热类中药与阿司匹林的药理作用有较多的相似性。

Traditional Chinese medicine with the function of expelling internal heat is the first kind of drugs that has been systematically studied in pharmacology field of traditional Chinese medicine. Aspirin is a representative of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and a general drag for/he primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, that it has the function of antipyretic, analges.ic, anti-inflammatory, antirheumatism, anti-thrombosis, etc. As the research on the mechanisms of drugs deepens, more and more literatures have shown that there is a lot of similarity of pharmacological action between traditional Chinese medi- cine with the function of expelling internal heat and aspirin.
