摘要
目的应用循证医学方法探讨长期噪声暴露对普通人群心电图的影响。方法网络检索CBM、CNKI和万方等中文数据库,搜集公开发表的关于长期噪声暴露与异常心电图相关性的临床病例-对照研究或队列研究。以暴露组与对照组心电图异常的相对危险度为效应指标,采用STATA 12.0统计软件进行数据合并。结果 26篇文献,共12 693例受试对象纳入本系统评价,其中噪声暴露组7 004例,心电图异常者2 177例,异常率为31.1%,对照组5 689例,心电图异常者861例,异常率为15.1%;合并分析结果显示,噪声暴露人群心电图异常率是非暴露人群的2.16倍(95%CI:1.89-2.47)(P<0.05)。结论长期噪声暴露可显著增加人群罹患心脏疾病的风险。
Objective To investigate the relationship between noise exposure and abnormal EKG by evidence-based medicine. Methods By searching CBM, CNKI and WANFANG etc. , the prospective cohort or case-control study were recruited and analyzed in this systematic review. The relative risk of abnormal EKG for the exposure and non-exposure group was pooled by using the statistical software STATA 12.0. Results Twenty-six trials were included in this study with 12 693 subjects:7004 cases in exposure group including 2177 cases with abnormal EKG forming an abnormal rate of 31.1% ;5689 cases in non-exposure group including 861 cases with abnormal EKG forming an abnormal rate of 15.1% ;the combined analysis indicated that the risk of developing abnormal EKG in the exposure group were 2.16 (95 % CI: 1.89-2.47 )times higher than the non-exposurc group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Significant increased risk of heart disease could be found in the population with long term exposure to noise.
