农民工市民化微观成本—收益测度

A Cost-Benefit Efficiency Measure of Peasant Workers' Citizenization

分析农民工市民化的微观成本和收益,结合问卷数据,运用随机前沿分析方法,对成本-收益效率进行测度。结果表明,整体上农民工市民化是有效率的,资本成本对市民化收益的影响更显著,农民工的市民化抉择符合理性"经济人"假设。最后,从成本-收益视角提出加快农民工市民化进程的对策建议。

This paper analyzes the microcosmic costs and benefits of peasant workers’ citizenization. According to questionnaire data, the Stochastic Frontier Analysis method is adopted to measure the cost- benefit efficiency. The result shows that the process of peasant citizenship is efficient; the cost of capital has more significant impact on the benefits; the citizenization choice of peasant workers is in line with the rational economic man hypothesis. Finally, the countermeasures of speeding up the process of citizenization from the cost-benefit perspective are proposed.
