摘要
随着光伏并网微型逆变器的推广,要求其供电电源部分的效率更高,体积更小。利用磁集成技术,设计一种Buck-正激变换器,进行磁路元件分析和硬件电路实现,并在光伏并网微型逆变器平台中进行试验验证。试验证明,所设计的开关电源不仅满足光伏输入电压不稳的条件,而且体积小,有较高的功率密度。
With the promotion of photovoltaic grid-connected micro inverter,it demands a power supply of higher efficiency and smaller size. By making use of the magnetic-integration technique,this paper designed a kind of Buck-forward converter and analyzed its coil integration schema,implemented hardware circuit and conducted experimental verification in the platform of photovoltaic micro inverter. The experiments show that the switching power supply not only meets the condition of instable photovoltaic input voltage,but also has the characteristics of small size and higher power density.
